What is coaching ?

It is possibility thinking. It is a collaborative process that can move you from reasons to results. It is the support to go beyond your limitations and become your best self and fully alive.

What coaching is not: coaching is not therapy. Therapy is past life focused and coaching is a forward looking process designed with your present and future in mind.

As a coach I do not want to "fix" you. You are perfect and complete as you are. I am not the food, health, relationship or career police; I am a non-judgmental co-creator of a plan to engage you fully in your dreams and life's work. I am an active part of the process of redesigning or recommitting to your next chapter. It's mid-lifery, if you will.
