The Smart Woman’s Lifestyle Tune-UP

This 4 week course will blow the lid off of your excuses for not feeling and looking your best! Each week for one hour I give you small bite sized tips for making long lasting changes in your habits so you can experience your best body and mind ever.

The 4 subjects are:

  • Managing Your EQ-Energy Quotient
  • Fire Up Your Fuel
  • The Heart of a Woman
  • Waist Management

Each week we will meet on the phone for 60 minutes of fun facts, science you can understand, tips, book recommendations, and Q & As to help you “get” the information on the cellular level.

The Heart of a Woman

This is a brand new 4 week course which is one you cannot miss if you are a woman or you know someone who is.

The heart is not only a symbolic representation of our caring nature but it is the physical embodiment of life. This course will introduce you to the gender based studies that show Heart disease is the #1 killer or women.

Heart health is just about the #1 indicator of quality of life as we age.

Did you know that when your heart is broken emotionally your physical heart muscle suffers damage?

You’ll learn more about the emotional connection and it’s importance.

The 4 week’s subjects are:

  • Men’s parts, Women’s parts, we really are different
  • What does my mood have to do with it?

The Whole Life Whole Home Tune UP

For some people phone coaching, group coaching, teleseminars and all the reading in the world isn’t exactly what they want. For those of you who want an expert in food and women’s health to take you by the hand and review your life in more detail I offer a very limited number of individual weekend consultations.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • What are you eating, from your food journal to your pantry
  • What’s eating you? I will provide exercises to unearth your tolerations, your resentments, your self sabotaging talk. It’s all zapping your potential and your energy
  • Your exercise program. You say you can’t lose weight and you do exercise? I believe you but I want to see it to see where a tweak can be made that will put you into the success zone.
  • You’ll have the option of taking an assessment test, (see below) before I arrive. We’ll go over this in detail.
  • The bonus program here is, you can invite 4 of your friends over for a lunch or dinner which I will prepare at the same time teaching you some simple things to fire up your fuel.

The Highland’s Ability Battery This assessment test is different than others although it does measure your specific strengths and weaknesses. What’s different is that you are not self-assessing. There are not questions which you have to put a value on such as “I strongly agree, I somewhat agree” etc. “THAB reveals how each individual learns, communicates, solves problems and makes decisions” according to the creators. Education, training or experience are not factors in performance. This test is a valuable addition to anyone wanting to work smarter not harder.

I highly recommend it even if you’ve done Meyer’s Briggs or DISK.
